Shipping Domestic

All orders are shipped USPS First-Class Mail (3-5 days estimated shipping time).

Items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, unless otherwise specified.

We are not responsible for any address errors provided to us.

Ready-to-Ship items and In-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment clearing through Direct Checkout (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

We send items internationally, but prices vary based on items and location.

Returns

          We want you to be happy with your purchase!

• Return within 7 days from the date the package was delivered/received.

• We do not accept items worn, without tags or have been damaged due to customer's use.

• Return shipping and handling fees are refunded as well if the product is damaged or not the purchased item.

• Customers receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return was a result of our error.

• If the goods you purchased do not meet a legal guarantee that applies to you, brooklynitedesigns.com will always try to resolve the issue. Depending on your local laws this may include a refund, replacement, repair or compensation.

• Refunds usually are processed within 7 days of return delivery.
